Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

  • The product is in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging.

  • The item has only been handled as reasonably necessary to inspect it.

  • Items that require hygiene precautions (e.g., accessories or intimate wear) must be unused and clean.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.


2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will cover all return shipping costs for approved defective or incorrect items.


3. How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at info@giston.co.uk with:

    • Your order number

    • The reason for return

    • A clear photo (if damaged or incorrect)

    • Your full name and address

  2. Wait for confirmation before shipping your item.
    We’ll provide you with the correct return address. Please do not send items back to the original sender without approval.

Once received, we will inspect the item and notify you of the outcome within 7 business days.


4. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled if processing has not yet begun.
Because our fulfillment system is automated, orders are often processed immediately, and cancellation may not be possible once items are dispatched.
If your order has already shipped, please wait for delivery and then request a return following the process above.


5. Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, we will issue your refund within 14 business days using the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.


6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons (for example, intimate apparel or worn footwear).
